The measured value can be used to judge the performance of fuel system components such as the electric gasoline pump and oil pressure regulator. This best-in-class oil pressure test tool allows you to obtain a definite pressure value without relying on the dashboard light.
The tester kit features a wide range of applications, with 10 types of thread adapters suitable for most vehicles, as long as the adapters match your engine, and the oil pressure does not exceed 140 PSI. The adapters are marked with numbers for easy selection of the right one.
Designed for quality and durability, the steel adapters and brass quick couplers are characterized by high hardness, rust resistance, and excellent air sealing. The 4FT long hose is made of rubber nylon resin with a maximum working pressure of 300 PSI. Seal gaskets are also included for adapter replacement.
The pressure gauge uses a metal gauge head with a shockproof rubber cover and a 3-inch big dial with a clear dual scale range of 0 to 140 PSI and 0 to 10 Bar. This short-range design ensures easy reading compared to a larger scale.
The tester kit comes with both a straight and an elbow quick coupler, allowing you to choose the best fit for the location of the engine oil pressure test port. The entire set is packaged in a heavy-duty red molded case, making it easy to carry and store, with protection against accidental drops.
To use the tester, simply choose the appropriate adapter, screw it into the engine oil pressure sensor, start the engine, and read the oil pressure value on the gauge. Compare the reading to the manufacturer's recommendations to verify if the vehicle's oil pressure is normal.
